Registration fees include:

  • attendance at any technical session
  • coffee breaks
  • social dinner in the lagoon with boat transport
  • a surprise visit to one of Venice’s iconic monuments (*)

(*) The visit has a limited number of participants (we reserved for that number more than one year ago). Priority will be given depending on the date of the registration. People who will not be able to participate will be proposed alternative social activities, which can be very exciting in Venice.

For logistical issues, the organization cannot accept a much higher number of participants than those who will give a presentation. For this reason, if you want to participate without an accepted abstract, contact the organizers first. We would be very happy to meet you at the conference, but we need to guarantee that the logistic issues are sorted out. Venice is a city which poses a lot of challenges in this regard.

Cancelation policy

  • For cancelations received until July 15th, 80% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • For cancelations received after July 15th, no reimbursement is expected.
  • Last minute cancelations due to Covid19 cases should be supported by a certificate and are eligible for an 80% refund.

Registration procedure

Registration procedure consists of two steps:

  1. Payment of the fee. It can be done:
  • by bank transfer, from SEPA countries: EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway
  • by credit card (via PayPal), from non-SEPA countries
